Athletes are typically spending more time than ever at either end of the movement spectrum these days: either sitting in front of a screen or playing high impact sport.

PRIME Athletes has been designed to bridge the gap between seated screen time and competitive sport.

Missing those accumulated hours and hours of physical activity can lead to:
– Reduced quality movement patterns
– Reduced natural strength and workload capacity of muscles and joints
– Increased risk of several types of injuries

Our programs offer athletes improved movement quality, added foundational strength, and techniques to add power and speed.
